i am wondering if you gonna make NOA A and NOA B...it will be helpfull for our clan so that almost all can get chance to play.......if u making two groups then please post it here as soon as possible

thats imposible. Its the first time that NOA join in a tournament so we dont know if we will be there for play all games cuz summer its already over and some of us must study or work
if all matches are played we will for sure make NOA Team B for comming tournaments
